These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products through the website www.artescudellers.com, owned by ESCUDILLERS ART, S.L.U., Tax ID (CIF) B-61435970, with its registered office at C/ Escudellers, 23-25, 08002 Barcelona (Spain).

By placing an order, you fully accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Products

Art Escudellers offers handcrafted ceramics and other decorative items through its online store.

We make every effort to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, as many of our pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, finish or dimensions may exist compared to the photographs displayed on our website. These differences are part of the unique character of each piece and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

3. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

If, after an order has been placed, one or more items are unavailable due to stock limitations or any other exceptional circumstance, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an appropriate solution, an alternative product or a full refund for the unavailable item(s).

4. Ordering Process

To place an order, the user must follow the purchasing procedure established on the online store and provide the information required to process the order.

Once the purchase has been completed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email containing the details of the purchase.

5. Prices

All prices displayed in the online store are shown in the currency selected by the user.

Applicable taxes will be calculated during the checkout process according to the legislation in force and the destination country of the order.

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically before the purchase is completed.

Art Escudellers reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

In any event, our liability shall be limited to the total amount paid for the order, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
