Are all products handmade?
Most Art Escudellers products are handcrafted or hand-painted, which gives each piece a unique finish and personality. The small variations you may notice between pieces are precisely a sign of their artisanal process.
Some specific items, such as certain souvenirs or graphic products, do not follow this process, although they maintain the quality and design standards that characterise Art Escudellers.
Are the pieces exactly the same as in the photographs?
The photographs faithfully show each product. However, handcrafted pieces may present slight variations in colour, texture, glaze or finish. These differences are part of the crafting process and give each piece its unique character.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to many countries so that our products can be enjoyed anywhere in the world.
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated during checkout based on the destination. In certain countries or territories, taxes, duties or customs fees may apply and must be paid by the buyer.
How long does it take to prepare an order?
We usually prepare and ship orders within a maximum of 5 working days from confirmation of purchase.
For certain pieces or special orders, preparation time may be longer. If this happens, we will contact you to let you know.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We take special care in packaging all our products so that they arrive in perfect condition.
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and send us some photographs of the product and the packaging. We will deal with the issue as soon as possible and offer you the most suitable solution.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided the product is unused and meets the conditions set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Do you work on projects for companies and professionals?
Yes. We work with companies, hotels, restaurants, architects, interior designers and other professionals looking for ceramic pieces for decoration projects, corporate gifts or commercial spaces.
