Mouth-blown and hand-painted glass, 100 % lead-free, made in the European Union and suitable for food and drink. Wash by hand in warm water with a mild detergent, and dry with a soft cloth. Avoid the dishwasher, very hot water and abrasive sponges, which wear the painted decoration. The small bubbles under the surface come from the blowing and are a mark of the technique, not a flaw.
